Treatment records are maintained in a waterproof, fireproof, locked file box within a locked room according to FHT Regulations for a period of 10 years.

Clients' personal health and treatment records/information are not shared with any other person unless written consent is provided by the Client indicating the following: Client Name, Client Signature, Person with whom information can be shared, Type of Information to be shared, Date of consent. This consent can be rescinded at anytime.

Adherence to GDPR and clients' personal identifying information means that each client will have the opportunity to opt in with regard to personal contact information (email address, physical address and/or telephone number) and indicate how they would like to be contacted by this business.
